True Friend works directly with you, the primary care veterinarian, to serve your clients and patients with unique needs. Whether your patient may need extra guidance and attention or home care because of anxious or aggressive behavior in the hospital, True Friend is here to help you serve your patients.
How does a referral work? You will submit a referral with your patient’s information and medical records, and have your client submit a booking request. We will reach out as soon as we can to understand your needs for your client and how we can best serve them as an extension of your hospital.
After your client’s appointment, we will send you the complete record from our visit as well as a highlight of any important notes you may wish to check in on. We will send your patient back to you for any services they may need that are not possible within the home (ie: surgery, dentistry, radiographs, hospitalization, etc.)
Veterinary Decision and Care Consultations
Have a case that is driving you bonkers??! The dog has a dermatologist, internist, oncologist, psychic and personal caretaker and communicating with all of these players is taking up so much time. This is where our team is happy to jump in and help. We provide concierge care to help to manage complex patients and clients. You will still keep your client, but we will take over the counseling. We will upkeep regular consultations, manage specialty visits and keep all of the client’s files in one spot!
